Aug. 11th 4-5:30 pm Sanctuary Studio in Black Mountain
What does fluidity feel like in your body? What happens when you allow rigidity and holding to soften and release? How do you feel when you move like water? Together we will explore these feelings through dance, yoga and feminine movement.
Qoya is based on the simple idea that through movement, we remember that our essence is innately wise, wild and free... pulling from the ancient wisdom of yoga, the wild expression found in dance and expanding our capacity to enjoy being in our bodies, as women.

We will circle up on Aug. 11th to explore the feeling of fluidity, and what it feels like in our bodies and in our dance. What would it feel like to embrace fluidity as an ally and to move like water? In classic Qoya fashion, we will honor the art of slowing down to consciously catch the wave of fluid movement.
